Precast Headwalls

Hy-Grade Precast Concrete manufactures a broad range of precast concrete headwalls that can be used as inlets or outlets in stormwater applications. These precast concrete headwalls conform to OPSD 804.030 and OPSD 804.040. We also offer a broad range of specialty application and sized precast headwalls that can be designed and manufactured to meet your specific site requirements. Precast headwall components can be manufactured in various sizes and masses to accommodate difficult installation sites and handling limitations of on-site equipment.

PRODUCTS AND DESIGN CONFIGURATIONS

We stock standard sizes intended for various pipe sizes and can also accommodate culvert applications upon special request.

In addition, our unique headwall system comes in individual pieces that are assembled onsite by a qualified contractor. These smaller pieces can be handled with traditional equipment already on site, eliminating additional costs for heavy equipment rental.
